Como Park Zoo & Conservatory
The Como Park Zoo & Conservatory offers free admission for guests of all ages. Housed here are an array of exotic animals, which include gorillas, lions, polar bears, and wolves. It’s possible to spend hours marveling at the plant life alone, which is categorized into garden areas like Tropical Encounters and the Fern Room. A great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors in St. Paul is Cherokee Regional Park. This free park offers scenic views and lots of areas in which to have fun. Guests can enjoy cooking out on the fire pits and grills, or getting some exercise on the numerous athletic courts. There are trails for hiking and biking, as well as plenty of grassy spots perfect for a picnic.
