Summary:

Responsible for soliciting workplace office-moving services from clients and corporations moving their employee’s offices and/or facilities primarily in the local market. The opportunity to pursue regional or national workplace service moving agreements is also available.

  • Research, develop, and penetrate the local office-moving market through networking, aggressive prospecting & lead self-generation is critical.
  • Develop relationships and credibility with the top (office & industrial) employers/prospects in the local market to ensure invitation and opportunity to respond to future RFP’s
  • Follow company SOP’s in regard to actively and timely updating of company CRM and Marketing programs.

Summary:

Processes and obtains financial data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Rating of all paperwork to allow for revenue entry.
  • Process interstate, intrastate and local paperwork for all branches.
  • Confirm monthly that all shipments loaded in a month are processed that month.
  • Responsible for all local billing to the customer and mailing of invoices within 48 hours of services being performed.
  • Enter third pally in STS and Solomon and enter notes on paperwork regarding discounts, booker, amount paid, and date processed.
  • Recurring storage revenue entry and maintenance for both Storage in Transit (SIT) and permanent storage and the billing related to the local storage.
  • Performs local receivable reconciliation and reconciles NAVL and STI short statements.
  • Cash application of deposits and credit card processing.
  • Timely reconciliation at month end of all clearing accounts.

SUMMARY

Prepares and processes payroll, administration of benefits, and month-end processing of entries for financial reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepares and processes payroll, publishes payroll reports, and distributes payroll and tax liability information for banking and taxes.
  • Respond to child support orders, levies and garnishments and prepare and process entries for payroll.
  • Update benefit database with payroll information, processing eligible employees, changes, and termination of benefits.
  • Audit benefit payables for accuracy with payroll information and process any changes.
  • Determine employees eligible for benefits and prepare and send enrollment package. Process completed enrollment applications.
  • Update benefits provider websites with employee additions, changes or terminations.
  • Process workers’ compensation requests for earning records.
  • Process employment verifications for employees and contractors.
  • Process wage verifications for employees.
  • Process unemployment requests for information and file protests if applicable.
  • Provide backup assistance for background checks, motor vehicle checks, and drug test results in the candidate processing system.
  • Review, prepare and process contractor child support orders.
  • Prepare and process month-end journal entries for payroll wages, taxes, benefits, and wage accruals. Publish deduction reports for accountants.
  • Publish benefit and PTO reports for branches. Assist with special projects, as required.

General Description:

The primary function(s) of the Estimating Coordinator is to provide corporate class household goods estimates to Beltmann national account customers. The role will retrieve and examine survey results, compare survey results to information gathered from transferees and/or account contacts (i.e. intro call forms, move authorizations, client e-mails), construct an accurate cost estimate based on client specific contract rates, and send and receive authorization for the estimate from clients. Growing and progressive knowledge of governing tariffs and corporate contract carriage agreements are required for this role.

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

  • Retrieving survey results from surveying agents
  • Examining survey results to ensure surveyor accuracy
  • Follow-up with surveying agents with relevant questions to ensure all goods and services required are accounted for
  • Comparing survey results to intro call forms and client move authorizations
  • Selecting correct estimating tools to be used (client and/or state specific, intra/local)
  • Capturing all special services/handling required and ensure pricing accuracy for those services in the estimates
  • Sending estimates to clients or transferees
  • Receiving authorization for move estimate
  • Maintaining accurate data in internal/external systems.

Job Title: Corporate Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

The Move Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our accounts and transferees and is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of assigned moves.  This role would work closely with our accounts, our transferees, and various departments within the company and network.  The primary focus of the role is to ensure a seamless household goods move for our national account clients.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct Introductory calls / Explain move process / send Beltmann literature.
  • Manage daily task list, emails, etc.
  • Coordinate Move: Establish customer needs / concerns.
  • Schedule pre-move survey.
  • Communicate with customers / accounts effectively throughout the move process.
  • Build customer relationship and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule Pick-up and Delivery dates; set realistic expectations with transferee / clients.
  • Provide moving industry knowledge to customers / accounts.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure coverage.
  • Work with third party suppliers.
  • Conduct quality calls every day of the move process; facilitate changes as necessary.
  • Ensure proper authorization for requested services.
  • Interact with departments as needed to service customers.
  • Trouble-shoot challenges to the move process if / when they arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes and data in internal / external systems.
  • Manage post-move process: debris removal, survey, etc.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle accordingly

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college coursework or degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Moving Industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, a must
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong level of comfort with MS Office Suite and using proprietary software.
