We are looking for a customer service representative for our Consumer Call Center in Addison, Illnois.
Beltmann Relocation Group Inc., North American’s Van Lines’ largest agent network, is looking for a customer-focused, highly motivated, Customer Service Representative to work on-site at our client’s office in Chicago, Illinois. The individual will keep customer satisfaction as a priority at all times, will professionally represent Beltmann at all times, will be able to work independently and will be very well organized.
Qualified applicants must also possess the following:
- Minimum five years customer service experience
- Ability to resolve customer issues in an accurate, thorough and timely matter
- A keep desire to meet customer expectations
- Strong Word and Excel computer skills and experience working in a Windows environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
Moving and Storage or Relocation industry experience preferred, but not necessary.
