This move was no easy task, but Beltmann pulled it off flawlessly. Mark was super knowledgeable and helpful with sales in the month leading up to the move. He was always on point with pricing and lots of changes in our needs along the way. Always ready with more advice, solutions, and savings. The packers that were sent were careful, professional and very thorough. Lisa confidently monitored intricate logistics and provided instant solutions throughout. We needed a forklift, there was a forklift at the door eight minutes later. She did all of the micromanaging so we didn’t have to. From sales to day labor, start to finish, there was seamless communication and coordination every step of the way. Packing, crating, forklift, satellite trucks, multiple long distance destinations and storage units were all handled with no effort on my part. Our superstar drivers, Christine Shear and Chris Sturm, navigated their truck through intricate turns and the cul-de-sac. She chose and managed the most amazing team of movers, ensured that the walls, stairs and every single piece of our furniture were protected on both sides of the move. We were immediately relaxed and impressed with the way she pivoted each unforeseen obstacle. It was like watching a symphony. The end result as we opened the last box and unwrapped all of the furniture at our multiple destinations to see that everything was accounted for, reassembled, and exactly as it was before we began this Herculean move. Impressed is an understatement, and we are grateful to have found our “dream team” for our next residential, and a company move, within the next two years. Everyone from the start with Deidre giving us our initial direction along with you continuing the coordination of the move. But finally the actual move team headed by Maurice and Eric have combined to make a very stressful difficult situation into a professional very satisfying successful event. The movers worked efficiently carefully and with respect for our property and home.
