Only a month until you move and you’re not quite feeling ready. Well, let us help you out. We have created lists of things to help you organize your life and tasks. Check out our past lists, then complete the most critical tasks and then move onto this week’s list to catch up.
Here are some things you should be thinking about if you’re plans include moving this summer.
- Complete the IRS change of address form
- Arrange to have your utilities disconnected
- Get all packing and moving supplies
- Start packing things in storage and in closets
- Buy a tote for important items you will take with you
- Give each room in your new home a color and buy colored tape and labels to make moving easier
- Set-up a connection date for utilities at your new home
