- Start by talking to your moving consultant and letting them know what you want to donate
- Completely fill out the Go North Habitat Donation Inventory Form and let the driver know so they can arrange to pack them separately
- We take care of moving your donations to Habitat for Humanity – you will get a receipt from them within 90 days.

Gary Sinise Foundation
On September 11th, 2001 the Twin Towers were destroyed by terrorists. Shortly after this, actor Gary Sinise (Lt. Dan in Forrest Gump) founded the Gary Sinise Foundation to provide support and help for vets, their families, and first responders.
The foundation builds homes with a range of automated features for veterans who have severe injuries. To further this cause, the foundation started the R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) program. As one of your premier local relocation moving companies, Beltmann is providing free moving services to the veterans to help them move into their new homes.

Move for Hunger
The Move for Hunger organization works with relocation moving companies like Beltmann Moving & Storage to deliver tons of non-perishable foods to the many food pantries located around the country. Every day over 17 million children in the United States go to bed without enough to eat.
We are putting a dent in this situation by encouraging our customers to donate their non-perishables to this organization rather than pay to move them. In 2012, Beltmann received the “Move For Hunger- North American Van Line Mover of the Year” as proof of our dedication to this amazing cause.
