Our National Account customers are extremely important to us. They are the reason we have developed our National Customer Care Center (NCCC) providing unparalleled service throughout the course of the move. Our Customer Care Center focuses on the needs of individual transferees, managing each move in accordance with our client’s policies while providing useful and current information to our corporate client. The Beltmann Group Customer Care Center is located in Carol Stream, Illinois. They focus exclusively on our National Account customers. Our goal in creating the NCCC was to allow us to act as an extension of your relocation department. This coupled with our move management process, ProMove^TM is how we provide every transferee with the best service in the industry. Our “can do” spirit and commitment to quality are extended to every one of our customers. Employee Relocation - Hauling Capabilities

Our own Beltmann Transportation Systems (BTS) is one of the largest hauling fleets in the industry. We employ over 250 drivers, including our “pack and load fleet.” By using our own people and trucks, we are able to bring control, accountability, cost-savings and flexibility to the entire relocation process. Our centralized planning and dispatch group works closely with the National Customer Care Center to develop operational solutions that meet individual customer needs, and to ensure that moves are handled primarily by Beltmann personnel, regardless of where in the country they are occurring. This allows us to commit that at least 85% of your moves will be handled by a Beltmann driver, which in turn enables us to provide greater control over service levels.

Our quality is monitored daily, reported weekly and our results are shared with our customers regularly. Our web-based quality measurement system Quality Index - rates and ranks all of our service providers in the areas of packing, hauling and customer service.
