Move Acceptance Coordinator

Beltman Relocation Group is seeking to fill a Move Acceptance Coordinator role. This role focuses primarily on qualifying new national account move order for acceptance. The Move Acceptance Coordinator works through the steps of determining whether or not Beltmann Relocation Group can successfully accommodate new corporate moves by reviewing shipment particulars such as origin and destination location, shipment estimated weight, date requests, and mileage. The Move Acceptance Coordinator is responsible for receiving, accepting, and distributing national account moves within the Beltmann National Customer Care Center. The Move Acceptance Coordinator communicates directly with Beltmann corporate clients, Beltmann Partner, Beltmann agents and North American Van Lines agents. The Move Acceptance Coordinator also assists as needed with tracking, tracing and detailing operational information on containerized shipment.  

Corporate Relocation Coordinator

Description: Beltmann Relocation Group, North American Van Lines' largest moving and storage agent, is seeking to fill the position of Corporate Relocation Coordinator in our Addison, IL Customer Care Center. This position serves as the primary contact for relocating employees and Beltmann's national account clients. Relocation Coordinators are responsible for: developing and coordinating the household goods move plan, gathering critical move-related information from customers and clients, managing information in various systems, providing updates to all involved in the move process, and ensuring that customers are pleased with Beltmann's service at each stage of the move process.

Required Skills:

  • Potential candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills in both e-mail and phone communication.
  • Caring for the needs of the customer is critical.
  • The ability to remain organized, follow through on tasks, and apply critical-thinking skills to gain desired outcomes is necessary.
  • Detail orientation, a professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively work in a fast paced, high volume team environment is a must.
  • Candidates must also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Work hours are Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday's. Schedules will flex within the Customer Care Center hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST. Bachelor's degree is preferred however related, customer-facing experience in the transportation industry or other strong qualities will be considered.

Customer Service Representative

Description: Beltmann Relocation Group, North American Van Lines' largest moving and storage agent, is seeking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative in our Newark, NJ office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Gathers information from customers by phone or email and provides information on relocation services; registers orders for moving, packing, third party services, and/or change in service requests.
  • Provides sales support for 1-3 household goods moving sales reps including but not limited to; order registration, account/customer support, rate quoting, problem resolution, etc.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of rate agreements, tariffs, credit approval and insurance requests.
  • Collects and examines all pertinent information from sales and/or customer and completes contract forms, determine charges for service requested, and handles special requirements; maintain current account profile list with appropriate rates and special instructions that apply to the account/customer.
  • Monitors shipments for driver assignment, destination services, arbitration of delay compensation, and claim follow-up; communicates any shipment changes to dispatch and driver.
  • Follows up with customers to inform on moving status and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
  • Assist with appointment setting and other sales support functions.

This person will be responsible for and have the opportunity to develop local, interstate and international residential moving, office moving and corporate relocation business.
